5k DAVE’S WAY

MARATHON & HALF MARATHON TRAINING

SPRING PROGRAM

Dave’s is proud to be the official training program of the Glass City Marathon. Your personalized training plan will begin in January and have you fully prepared for a great marathon experience.

DAVE’S KIDS FUN TRAINING

Dave’s Good Form Running

Developed by 2014 Olympic runner Grant Robison Good Form Running helps you get faster, go farther and feel better while reducing the risk of injury. You’ll learn the four basics of good form running; posture, foot strike, cadence and lean plus practical drills to help you perfect your own form.
