Length and Sizing

• True to size: Most runners find the length matches standard US sizing perfectly.
• No need to size up: Stick with your normal running shoe size unless you traditionally prefer extra room at the very front, though the high-volume toe box handles natural foot swelling well.

Width and Volume

• Medium fit with structure: It features a snug, secure midfoot wrap that prevents sliding, making it more structured and supportive than loose or baggy older On models.
• Toe box space: The forefoot isn't restrictive, offering enough splay room for longer efforts without feeling sloppy.
• Sidewall containment: High sidewalls cup the lower foot, which acts as a gentle lateral guide rather than an aggressive correction.

Step-in Feel and Lockdown

• Plush collar: Generous padding around the tongue and heel collar creates a cozy, pressure-free step-in environment.
• Heel security: The molded external TPU heel clip anchors the rearfoot tightly upon landing to eradicate heel sl

Best Use Cases

• Daily Training: Absorbs impact on easy, recovery, and regular road running miles.
• Long-Distance Runs: High-stack geometry (38mm/30mm) maintains consistent comfort over extended distances.
• Runners Needing Stability: Wide platform and higher sidewalls naturally guide the stride without rigid structural interference.
• All-Day Walking & Standing: The dual-layer foam and rocker transition make it comfortable for extended walking or working on your feet.

Key Performance Strengths

• Dual-Layer Cushioning: Features bouncy Helion HF hyper-foam on top for soft landings paired with standard Helion foam underneath for durability.
• Secure Lockdown: Molded TPU heel clip and elevated sidewalls cradle the rearfoot to reduce lateral shifting.
