Men's Cloudflow 5

Weight: 278 grams (about 9.5 oz)

Heel-to-Toe Drop: 8 mm

Support Type: Neutral (no extra arch correction)

Fit: Regular, true to size with a standard medium width

Length & Width: Fits true to size for most runners in a standard medium width. Runners with wider feet or those who prefer extra room may want to consider going up a half size, as the shoe is not currently offered in dedicated wide widths.

Volume: Best suited for low-to-medium volume feet. The engineered woven mesh upper wraps snugly through the midfoot and heel for a secure, locked-down feel.

Customization: Includes extra ankle eyelets on each side so you can utilize a runner's loop (marathon knot) to dial in heel lockdown.

Speedwork & Intervals: Built with a glass fiber-infused nylon Speedboard and a rockered forefoot that create a fast, forward-rolling transition.

Tempo & Threshold Runs: Performs best when you are actively pushing the pace rather than logging slow recovery miles.

Forefoot Strikers: Designed to shine when you land on your forefoot, engaging the top layer of Helion™ HF hyper foam.

Hybrid Training & Short Races: Offers enough stability and a low-profile feel for cross-training or hybrid events like Hyrox.
