Bringing lightweight stability to your daily training, this shoe combines new Altra EGO P35 midsole foam with GuideRail technology that provides guidance exactly when you need it. The Experience Flow ST proves that support doesn't have to slow you down—whether you're logging daily miles or showing up for your weekly run club.

Specifications:

Heel-to-Toe Drop: 4 mm
Stack Height: 32 mm (heel) / 28 mm (forefoot)
Weight: Approx. 10.6 oz / 300.5 g (brand specs) or 8.6 oz / 244 g (lab-measured depending on size)
Support Type: Mild stability with medial GuideRail technology
Cushioning: Mid-cushion

Fit Notes:

Sizing: Fits true to size for most runners, meaning you can stick with your usual running shoe size.
Toe Box: Built on Altra's Standard FootShape™ fit, offering a spacious and stretchy mesh toe box so your toes can spread naturally, though it is not Altra's widest last option.
Midfoot & Heel: Features a secure midfoot wrap and a redesigned heel collar that enhances step-in comfort and stability during longer efforts.
Tongue: Includes a non-gusseted tongue that some users note can have a tendency to slide slightly during movement.
Support & Stability: Incorporates GuideRail™ technology with medial arch structure and heel sidewalls to offer gentle, non-overcorrecting stability for mild pronation.
Underfoot Feel: Uses soft Altra EGO™ P35 foam with a 32mm rear / 28mm forefoot stack height (4mm drop) and weighs roughly 10.6 oz in a men's size

Best For:

Lightweight Stability: Features a medial GuideRail™ that steps in to guide your foot and prevent overpronation only when needed, making it ideal for mild-to-moderate pronation or managing minor ankle/knee fatigue.
Transitioning from Traditional Shoes: Features a 4mm heel-to-toe drop (32mm stack height in the heel, 28mm in the forefoot), making it a great option if you want the roomy, natural toe-splay of an Altra FootShape toe box without jumping straight into zero-drop footwear.
Daily Training & Walking: Cushioned with soft, responsive Altra EGO™ P35 foam and a smooth rocker geometry, making it comfortable for easy daily miles, all-day standing, or walking.
Toe-Room / Foot Conditions: The signature wide FootShape toe box offers extra width and depth, which helps accommodate conditions like bunions or natural toe splay.
