IT Knee Band

The PowerStep IT Knee Band provides gentle and targeted compression outside of the knee to help relieve pain and discomfort associated with the Iliotibial Band.

Wearing & Fitting Instructions:

On sizing, measure circumference just above the knee

• Unfasten strap closure.
• Position the compression pad on the outside of the leg just above the knee.
• Wrap strap around leg and secure.
• Be sure not to pull so tight as to restrict circulation.
• The Iliotibial knee band should provide a comfortable amount of compression and should not feel restrictive.
• Not to be used during sleep.
