Elevate your everyday training with the Women’s On Cloudsurfer 3, designed to deliver the softest, most fluid ride in On’s daily running lineup. Powered by On’s revolutionary Surreal™ superfoam and re-engineered CloudTec Phase™ geometry, this neutral road running shoe absorbs impact and seamlessly transitions your foot from heel to toe with every step.

Whether you are logging morning daily miles, training for a 5k or half-marathon, or clocking recovery walks, the Cloudsurfer 3 combines maximum plush comfort with an energetic, responsive boost underfoot.

Specifications:

Shoe Type: Max-cushioned daily trainer (best for daily training, recovery, and long miles)
Midsole Foam: Surreal™ (an EVA-based supercritical / PEBA-blend foam designed to be softer, lighter, and more responsive than Helion™)
Cushioning Technology: CloudTec Phase® with computer-optimized sequential compression
Stack Height:Heel: 38 mm – 45 mm (varies slightly by measurement standard/size)
Forefoot: 29.4 mm – 37 mm
Heel-to-Toe Drop: 8 mm
Weight:
Men's (US 10): 10.6 oz / 300 g (or ~324 g depending on exact pre-production/production scale)
Women's (US 7.5): 8.9 oz / 253 g
Upper Material: Re-engineered warp knit mesh with plush padding on the collar and tongue
Fit: True-to-size standard width with an accommodating, roomy fit (especially friendly for wider feet)
Outsole: Solid rubber coverage for increased durability

Fit Notes:

Length: Fits true to-size (TTS) for most runners in standard width.
Toebox and Midfoot: Offers a generous, roomy amount of space in the forefoot and midfoot compared to tighter performance trainers, and accommodates a wider-than-average foot shape well.
Upper and Knit: Built with an engineered warp knit that provides a stretchy yet secure wrap around the foot.
Collar and Tongue: Heavily padded around the tongue and heel collar, delivering high step-in comfort and strong Achilles/heel grip, though the extensive padding can occasionally make lockdown feel bulky or require extra adjustment.

Best For:

Daily Training & Easy Runs: It acts as a versatile, high-cushion road running shoe that smooths out everyday pavement, sidewalk, and treadmill miles.
Long & Recovery Miles: Featuring a massive max-cushion stack (45mm in the heel and 37mm in the forefoot) paired with proprietary Surreal superfoam and CloudTec Phase geometry, it absorbs impact and protects your legs on longer efforts up to 10–13 miles or more.
All-Day Standing & Walking: The plush collar, padded tongue, and supportive, wider-accommodating warp knit upper make it a strong option for people who stand or walk for exercise all day.
Rocker-Assisted Transitions: The computer-optimized Cloud elements compress sequentially to create a smooth, continuous rolling motion from heel to toe.
