Size and Length

• True to Size: Most runners find that ordering your standard running shoe size provides the right length.
• Width Options: Available in standard and wide widths to accommodate different foot shapes.

Upper and Volume

• Toebox: Features a comfortable, open toebox, though some users note it can feel slightly shallow in vertical upper volume over the toes.
• Mesh & Tongue: Constructed with an engineered jacquard mesh upper and a thin, stretchy semi-gusseted knit tongue that resists bunching.
• Heel Lock: Includes a structured heel with pillowy collar padding for a secure, locked-in feel.

Key Use Cases & Ideal Scenarios

• Long & Steady Runs: Features a high stack height (42.5 mm heel / 34.5 mm forefoot) with an 8 mm drop to absorb impact over extended miles.
• Easy & Recovery Days: Built with a soft FF Blast Plus Eco midsole and PureGEL technology in the heel for a plush, protective landing.
• Walking & All-Day Wear: Popular for nurses, service workers, or travelers who need comfortable, supportive footwear for standing 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Neutral Gaits: Designed as a neutral daily trainer with a wide, stable base that adds reassurance without heavy motion-control gimmicks.

What It is Not Best For

• Speedwork or Tempo Runs: The shoe feels a bit bottom-heavy and structured rather than snappy, making it poor for intervals, track repeats, or fast racing.
• Ultra-Flexible Rides: The ride is balanced, slightly firm underfoot for its high stack, and more stable than past bouncy editions.
